Talxen is built for private, respectful communication. These guidelines explain what is not allowed and how we handle reports. They are part of our Terms of Service and apply everywhere on Talxen — chats, groups, calls, reels, comments, and profiles.
1.What is not allowed
- Harassment & abuse — bullying, threats, stalking, or targeted abuse.
- Hate — hate speech or dehumanising attacks based on protected characteristics.
- Child safety — CSAM, grooming, sextortion, or any sexual exploitation of minors (see Child Safety Standards).
- Non-consensual intimate imagery and sexual coercion.
- Violence & extremism — credible threats, terrorism, violent extremism, or instructions to commit violence.
- Self-harm — encouraging or instructing self-harm or suicide.
- Deception — fraud, scams, phishing, impersonation, spam, or coordinated manipulation.
- Illegal & regulated goods — unlawful sale of goods/services or evading law enforcement.
- Security abuse — malware, credential theft, or attempts to compromise Talxen or others.
- IP & privacy violations — infringing intellectual-property or privacy rights, or sharing others' private information without consent.
2.Reporting
You can report accounts, messages, and media from within Talxen. Choose the closest reason category and add optional context. Blocking and muting are private — the other person is not told. We may retain report metadata and evidence needed to investigate abuse. Learn more on our Support page.
3.Enforcement
Depending on severity and context, we may dismiss a report, warn a user, restrict features, remove content, suspend or terminate an account, preserve evidence, or report illegal content to authorities. We consider the safety of everyone involved.
4.Appeals
If you believe we made a mistake, you can appeal a moderation decision by emailing support@talxen.com with the subject “Appeal” and any relevant details. Note that some serious violations — such as child-safety violations — are not eligible for appeal.
5.Emergencies & child safety
If someone is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services. Suspected child exploitation is handled under our Child Safety Standards and may be preserved and reported to the appropriate authorities.
